This hand knotted wool rug represents the latest additions to the Modern Classics Collection by Rug & Kilim, influenced by the most celebrated Classic patterns like that of this particularly graceful Sultanabad rug design in 9x12. Rich notes of varied brown tones highlight the finesse of the rosette medallion and palmette floral patterns in the field and border alike, likewise complementing this transitional colorway play of luminous golden-beige and blue to present this Classic look in a new level of refinement; achieved by one of our most reputed, long-standing partner looms in India. About the Collection: Since establishing our trade-only showroom in New York over 20 years ago, the interest in modern and contemporary flooring has been equal parts motivation and inspiration for Josh, who has long invested efforts innovating material and pioneering the designs we add to this aspect of our collections.
