About the Item
I love how fresh and sweet this rug is! This vintage rug was probably made in the area of Boujad, Middle Atlas, Morocco. The pattern is a checkered in different shades of pink, grass green, mint green, olive green, with a subtle touch of purple that makes all the difference. If you are tired already of all the newly-made, boring checkered rugs in white+other color we've seen everywhere in the past year, but still like the check pattern, this unique, warm and rich one can be a great alternative!
The rug is handmade 100%. It is made of wool threads knotted on a recycled clothing base. The weaving is quite tight. The rug is a great quality and would go to any indoor space. The pile is a low to medium.
Approximate dimensions are 5.2x8.5feet / 160x260cm (no tassels).
The rug has not been cut and comes in its original shape.
