A beautifully composed piece of contemporary art. This one-of-a-kind rug designer is an original design by Eskayel, a New York-based surface design company. Its captivating pattern is hard to overlook. Prolonged shapes running from the top all the way to the bottom resemble nature’s design, strongly inspired by the ocean waves. The water-like effect is created by means of smoothly blended lines, similar to those used in watercolor painting.
The area rug’s soothing color pallette comprises turquoise, shades of brown and sand beige, with a pinch of deep purple. The overall effect evokes images of a tranquil beach gently washed by the waves. This mesmerizing piece fully embodies the Eskayel philosophy.
