19th Century Persian Tabriz Haji Jalili Carpet in Navy, tan, Pale Red, Baby Blue

About the Item

A beautiful Persian Tabriz from the workshop of world renowned master weaver Haji Jalili. Truly a masterpiece of Persian 19th-century weaving. A large central medallion integrates design in cream color set in an indigo ground, sand, baby blue, pale red. Profusely filled with floral devices. It is extremely rare to find such a rug of this width. It is a wonderful example of art to be displayed and cherished for generations.
