Antique Central Asian Rug Khotan Design with Multiple Floral Borders circa 1900s

About the Item

Antique Central Asian rug made of exquisite wool and the finest vegetable dyes. It exhibits a centerfield with a unique geometric design enclosed by several borders of nature-inspired and floral patterns. It’s a recurring theme in traditional rugs created by Khotan master weavers. It also uses a traditional color blend of brown, red, beige and yellow that is so popular in the region. It works great in traditional and Mid-Century Modern spaces with enough room for its 8’6” x 15’8” size frame like living and dining areas. IMPORTANT: ACTUAL RUG COLORS MAY VARY FROM PICTURES & DESCRIPTION. YOU MAY REQUEST ADDITIONAL PHOTOS/VIDEOS OR CONTACT US FOR CONFIRMATION BEFORE PURCHASE.
