Antique Tabriz Wool Rug Re-purposed as Persian Bear Rug
About the Item
We found a local artist who is creating amazing things from re-purposed articles, including this rug. The artist chose this rug for its worn beauty and character. This rug was specifically chosen because of the colour shift and patches of repaired pattern (see photos). The artist finished the rug with a cotton duck liner and cotton edge. During the transformation from a standard rug into this super bear rug, the area behind the head becomes slightly wavy and does not lay completely flat.
