The word Zir Khaki itself means an antique or an old valuable item buried under the ground for many years. Since this extraordinary design contains various old looking items and images such as Persian soldiers, Persepolis, Kourosh the great`s tomb, antiques, historical tools and dishes that all belong to the past and history of Iran, hence it is named Zir Khahki.
