About the Item

Ideal size and wonderful condition rug. When it comes to decorating the floor of your home we cannot think of a better way then with a good quality and clean rug. This stylish and hand-knotted rug has the most beautiful motifs and colors and they can really bring a room to life. The warmth that this rug radiates just lifts the atmosphere in a room to a different level. The warmth of the deep bordeaux-red makes the blue and white stand out in a way that they would not with other colors. This, too us, makes this rug even more inviting and a joy to look at. It is obvious that it was incredibly well looked after, because it has no holes, rips or tears, no wear on the top, no impressed marks where something heavy may have stood, no moth damage and it does not smell. Apart from one stain that we have not tried to remove (image8) this rug is almost as good as new. Unfortunately the makers marks on the bottom have worn off. This means we can't determine exactly where it came from, but these hand-knotted rugs were only made outside of Europe. What we can see, is that the quality and the condition are second to none and we have, again, priced it in a way that it is great value for money.
