Beautiful antique rug in style of Tabriz - Djoharian Collection This rug was made with a decorative traditional design. The style reminds of Tabriz, Bidjar and Sarouk rugs. Pile material: Hand-spun wool, low cut shorn pile, antique wash Weft material: Cotton Warp material: Cotton Structure: rustic for modern vintage look Colors: muted / faded Look: worn, distressed Use: Living room, dining room, bedroom, office, entry This is a used rug and it is worn to perfection. Size: 11 x 7.8 ft or 337 x 236 cm (plus short fringe on both sides). The design can be categorized in Persian rug, Caucasian rug, Azerbaijan rug, Azeri rug, and Turkish rugs. The age is circa Midcentury. Shape: Rectangular (hand knotted rugs are never exactly straight an even in shape).
