“In-Touch” is a luxurious and eco-friendly rug by Italian design company G.T.DESIGN, pioneer in the field of contemporary rugs.
Hand-tufted in Tencel, one of the most eco-compatible fibers on the market originating from easily renewable sources, "In-Touch" features an incomparable soft texture and magnetic color shades creating an immersive tactile and visual experience in any space.
Through a production process with a low environmental impact, the resulting cellulose-derived fibers are soft, light, transpiring, and biodegradable.
"In-Touch" adds color, warmth, shimmer, and softness to any ambience. Bedrooms are the room of choice for this rug, as well as living areas, and children’s rooms. Its sophisticated and timeless color palette evocates elegance, beauty, and harmony.

About the designer:
Deanna Comellini is an artist and a designer.
For over 40 years, she has experimented by combining craftsmanship and industrial design while working first on product design and later on textiles. She has developed the notion of ‘imperfect design’, highlighting the minor flaws of materials and handmade products that make them unique and one-of-a-kind. In the 1990s, she focused on the concept of the contemporary rug and natural materials while innovating the industry with a new textile for interior design. In 1977, she founded G.T.DESIGN taking on the role of Creative Director. She participated in prestigious international exhibitions and collaborated with important architectural figures, including Toyo Ito and the Zaha Hadid Architects studio.
In 2022, Deanna Comellini was named one of the 100 Most Influential Women by Forbes Italy.

Deanna Comellini, Creative Director and Founder of the Italian company, combines craftsmanship and modern manufacturing technologies to produce unique and luxurious products with an unparalleled attention to detail. She also uses modern technical yarns such as viscose to give an incomparable sheen and color depth to the Kama rug, among the company’s bestselling products and a trend setter in the industry. In addition, she works alongside international architects and interior designers on custom made rugs for residential and commercial projects.
