Contemporary Colorful One of a kind Wool Felt Rug
About the Item
This one of a kind rug was especially made by @rikvanveen for the Instagram based initiative @_basketclub_ latest collaboration with Danish furniture company HAY. For this special project, 18 designers reinterpreted the design brands iconic Pinocchio Rug. With the felted balls as their starting point, each designer took a different path, leading to a very surprising range of ‘baskets’. This rug was featured in the Basketclub book presented during this years Milan Design Week.
This very special piece is made for decorative use and can be placed on the floor or displayed on the wall (mounting material not included).
