This rug is a great example of 1970s pop art interior. Made in high quality handmade weaving technique in Germany in the 1970s.
This high quality rug was designed in the 1970s by Ewald Kröner and manufactured by his own Label Schloss Hackhausen near Dusseldorf in the Germany. It is made from cotton wool and it is still in a very good vintage condition.
Fantastic coloration in different brown ochre yellow tones and in the right bottom side a huge macrame knotted element. For authenticity proof please the images of the original Ewald Kröner illustration prospect form the 1970s. Each rug of the Kröner collection could be configured on customers wishes, in sizes and coloration; the standard coloration of this rug is listed in our other offers.
An interesting piece for every modern home in a lovely vintage condition. Would fit well in any home with 1960s-1970s decor or in combination with modern midcentury interior.
