Laura Niubó is a creative director, designer and artist based in Los Angeles. Born in Mallorca, Spain, she has lived and worked in Barcelona, London, Paris and L.A. where she currently resides. As a creative director her projects range from branding, film, photography, experiential design, and global campaigns for some of the world’s most transformational brands - Airbnb, Apple, Google, Instagram, Louis Vuitton, Netflix - advertising agencies and music artists - like Childish Gambino, among others. Laura has actively participated in prestigious industry jury panels: D&AD Awards in London and AD Stars in Korea. Her work is highly regarded and respected in the creative industry, having won numerous awards at renowned shows such as D&AD, Cannes Lions, Graphis, and the Clio Awards. As a designer-artist, Niubó has established her own line of fine art and design artworks. She is represented by Gallery RED in Spain. Her fine art work has been exhibited in many galleries around the world; New York, Miami, Colombia, London, Barcelona, Mallorca and Los Angeles. She has done commissioned artwork for clients like Google and Figma Inc. Recently, she presented her new carpet collection Espressionismo Floreale at Milan Design Week. Laura has built a robust practice centered around the emotional power of color. She places emphasis on creating immersive, conceptual, colorful worlds that encourage people to explore their relationships to themselves, others, and their environments.
