Savonnerie Square Carpet Spain Early 20th Century

About the Item

Hand knotted carpet made in a convent of A Coruña in the 50s, the knot is as big as in the French "Savonnerie" the design is inspired by the Spanish tradition, the pile is high and the soft wool.
