1950s Frantisek Jirak Upholstered Armchairs Pair In Deep Red
1950s Frantisek Jirak Upholstered Armchairs Pair In Deep Red. Sourced direct in the Czech republic this is one of Smidek’s most elegant designs. We carefully select very original armchairs ensuring the fabrics and upholstery are in excellent original condition. Designed by Frantisek Jirak and made by Tatra Pravenec, the stunning frame is beech throughout with the exceptional curved and formed arms. Our workshop has cleaned and waxed the arms but retained the original colour and character. The upholstery is completely original and has been deep cleaned by our workshop team. Seat Height 41 cm.
WORKSHOP REPORT
Our workshop team inspect every product and carry out any needed repairs to ensure that everything leaves us serviced and maintained ready for many more years of life. All of our vintage products show the rich beauty and history of their life with the knocks and bumps of many years of use and we try to minimise restoration to keep every piece as original as possible.
