A sculptural vintage Monk chair made in solid oak with a comfortable seat cushion. Carved by a Swedish cabinetmaker in the early 20th century. A truely authentic wabi sabi chair in an overall good condition with a fine patina.
This fine decorative set will complement many interior styles. A modern, Scandinavian or an Art Deco home decor.
"Wabi-sabi is the view or thought of finding beauty in every aspect of imperfection in nature. It is about the aesthetic of things in existence, that are “imperfect, impermanent, and incomplete”.
