Traditionally created for the Yoruba tribe kings and queens and embellished with thousands of seed glass beads applied to fabric covers which are then stitched or glued onto the chair frame - resulting in an exotic chair covered in elaborate beading. Please note that many of our handmade items are one of a kind, vintage and have indigenous decorative repair work which we believe adds to the intrinsic value and beauty of the items.
