This lounge chair is inspired by Via del Corso, a very dynamic street in the historical center of Rome. Meeting at the Piazza Venezia with its three-sided roundabout and monumental churches “the Corso” is impressive. The armchair has the same purposeful and imposing profile as the 'via' but is balanced by soft curves and a lightness from its floating feet.
Man of Parts is a Canadian based design studio offering contemporary furniture and lighting. Born from the vision of German collector and travel enthusiast Stephan Weishaupt, this truly modern studio embodies a post-national perspective. Man of Parts creations are European-made and inspired from around the world. Their collections are thought through to the smallest detail, whether it's an armchair in Italian fabric, a wooden chair from Germany or an occasional table.
