Early 19th Century Dutch Marquetry Armchair

About the Item

Early 19th century mahogany Dutch marquetry armchair, having an arched crest rail and vase shaped splat, elegant shaped arms and supports, drop in upholstered seat with a needlework floral pattern, standing on cabriole legs terminating on ball and claw feet. The armchair is profusely decorated all over with floral marquetry, Circa 1820.
