Approximate Measurements in Inches 46" high at back 34" wide 29" deep (back to front) 21" high at seat 20" deep x 31" wide inside seat 26" high at arms Condition Report In good, structurally sound, and sturdy condition with a few imperfections on the solid wood frame. There are some stains on the front corner of the cushion and on the outside back panel as shown.
