Beautiful Louis XIII / Haute Epoque style armchair with sculpted women on the armrests.
Late 19th century.
Most certainly inspired by a pair of armchairs circa 1640 kept at the Louvre in the collection department of Art Objects of the Middle Ages, Renaissance and Modern Times under inventory number OA 246 B.
Oak structure, red velvet fabric.
In good condition.
