Louis XV Style Fauteuil with Painted Caned Back and Yellow Seat
About the Item
A Louis XV style painted fauteuil with a caned back and yellow seat cushion. The French armchair is painted with a blue trellis diamond grid to both sides of the back. Curved chair legs meet with an X stretcher. Chair back is square with an arched and painted swag detail to the top and the legs and arms are curved. Shell motif to the chair apron. Chair frame is painted an antique white with blue highlights and has a distressed paint look.
