Midcentury Armchair, in Geometric and Ethnic Fabric, Europe, 1960s
About the Item
Midcentury lounge chair model B-7752, designed by Zenon Baczyk, manufactured by Swarzedzkie Fabryki Mebli in Poland in the 1960s.
The structure is made of beechwood in deep honey brown color, finished with a semi matte varnish.
The upholstery is Italian premium fabric from Gaston Y Daniela latest collection - CAUCASO BURDEOS ORO - with geometric and ethnic designs - from collection inspired by nomadic life and Central Asian yurts, which reflect maximum comfort and recreate a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The pillow cases have a zip fastener so they can be easily removed and washed.
The armchair has been professionally restored - both wood and upholstery. The wood has been manually cleaned of the old coating, stained and varnished. The tension belts have been changed, new upholstery foams used, reapholstered with new Italian fabric.
