About the Item
Extraordinary armchair made in lost wax-casting aluminium for Dilmos Milano. The artist Andrea Salvetti was inspired by the posture of the Madonna holding Christ in the famous Pietà sculpture of Michelangelo in Rome. The armchair's structure is made completely in polished aluminium, yet acquires its smoothness due to being molded with the effect of a soft drapery.
Signed and numbered by the designer.
