Pair of elegant barrel back Jacobean styled armchairs or library chairs with hand turned legs and back. The wood is rich and dark with nice patina, brass escutcheons medallions on each leg corner complete the look. These strong and sturdy chairs have been professionally restored and hand polished. The upholstery is in a rich chocolate brown velvet with brass head trim and in very good to excellent condition although not new. They can certainly be kept as is or reupholstered if desired.
