Important pair of carved and gilded wooden armchairs, Rome, 19th century. The quality of carving, gilding, and especially some stylistic features make us think that this pair of armchairs were made for some ecclesiastical furniture. The upholstery (Rubelli's fabric) is in excellent condition.
