About the Item
A rare pair of modernist Bauhaus Italian armchairs after Giotto Stoppino and Guido Faleschini, circa 1970. Featuring geometrically unique - and asymmetrical - chrome frames and original turquoise blue upholstery over broad triangular seats. The fabric features a geometric motif classic to 1970s sensibilities which were emerging from a Space Age mentality. Fabulous condition with truly minor signs of age. Surprisingly comfortable.
