We are delighted to offer this stunning pair of Art Deco style Poltrona Frau Vanity Fair XC armchairs RRP £11,000 These are some of the most luxurious and well made armchairs I have ever seen. The leather is thick aniline, it is so silky soft, it just screams fine French and Italian upholstery. The chairs are of course based on the original 1930’s Art Deco club armchair, a design that is timeless and looks as good today as the day it was designed. Below is the office description from Poltrona Condition wise we have deep cleaned hand condition waxed and hand polished the pair from top to bottom. One of the chairs has some very slight darkish marks on the end of the arm, and some of the buttons on the backs of the chairs are worn from no doubt making contact with a wall, otherwise they are in sublime order Dimensions Height:- 97cm Width:- 93cm Depth:- 90cm Seat height:- 48cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point Product Description The Vanity Fair Armchair is one of Poltrona Frau's leather emblems. It was first put into production in 1930, following Renzo Frau's tragic in WWI. It heralded the emergence of a new style of armchair — voluptuous, ornate and perfectly placed to accommodate the demands of modern life. Over the years its curvaceous form has become a template for comfortable lounging, although none have come close to the careful craftsmanship of the master leatherworkers at Poltrona Frau.
