About the Item
A wonderful pair of French 19th Century walnut Os de Mouton armchairs. These large armchairs are upholstered in a printed tapestry fabric, trimmed in tape and affixed with oversized brass nailheads. The curved Os de Mouton “mutton bone” arms not only give the chairs their name, but also their unique and timeless style that has lasted throughout the centuries. The walnut frames are impeccably turned and sturdy. These armchairs, with their enduring style, will work in a variety of interior spaces and blend well with a multitude of decors.
