Marcel Ramond “Africa Design” signature on the back top. Marcel Ramond (1935) is a French architect and designer who began to graduate as a technical ingeneer and then continued his studies at the Beaux-Arts school of Saint-Etienne to become an architect in 1967. During his studies he worked with Le Corbusier on the maison Raiduese of Firminy conception and also on the furniture project that not been realized.
