About the Item
Rare art deco armachair made in Holland probably around the 1920s and attribuited to the architect C. Bartels, from the Amsterdam school. Wooden structure with upholstered seat and backrest. The velvet is authentic and displays a beautiful décor typical of the art deco period and Amsterdam style.
This armchair remains in very good vintage condition: partially restored.
The velvet is original and shows signs of wear and very small defects. One armrest has been restored in its vertical part. A light shellac polishing was performed.
