About the Item
The Script collection consists of a chair and an armchair. The concept for this collection was to work with a different type of design briefing: a script for a movie scene that should guide the creative process.
The Script armchair got inspiration from the feeling of introspection. The creation started from the script for the following scene:
A cold night in an old town, a hidden underground bar.
Midnight, shoes making noise in an empty street, he had just left a launch cocktail party and needed a place to disconnect from people. All that frenzy around him was very exhausting and, at the same time, rewarding.
He knew that somewhere on that street, there was a secret bar. By an emergency exit, just above the sign, a small sticker indicated the place. Next to it, a bell. He rang.
A receptionist welcomed him and took him three flights of stairs down. He came across a large wooden counter, sat down, and asked for the menu.
