Early 19th Century Bird’S-Eye Maple Sabre Leg Caned Bench

Scarcely seen figured bird’s-eye Maple Sabre leg early 19th century bench c. 1820-1840. Fully hand detailed with solid reinforced joinery, features include substantial French caned seat with new custom notched cushion in flame stitch woven upholstery. Seat height with cushion: 20" / 18" without cushion. Arm 26.5" H.
