Early 19th Century French Bench with Original Paint

About the Item

Earl 19th century Louis Philippe I bench made from fruitwood and with the original paint finish. The bench is supported on six hand turned and reeded legs, ending in tall hand turned feet. The seat of the bench has been newly upholstered in linen and finished with single welt decoration for added flair. This is a wonderful example of early French craftsmanship in the washed palette of colors they are famous for.
