Stunning 19th century Jacobean/Renaissance revival carved walnut three-seat bench. Item features a tall back ornate spiral carved barley twist walnut frame with leafy scroll work, cherub figures on the upper rails and lower stretchers, tall cane backs and seats, and urn form finials. Very impressive hand carved chair with remarkable execution. Measurements: 56" H x 67" W x 28" D x 18" seat height x 30" arm height.

A superb quality piece with ornate arched back and cane inset panels. A lovely contrast with dark, almost ebonised wood frame, and light coloured cane seating. The bench sits on eight legs, all connected by their original turned stretchers with additional decorative arched mounded stretchers to the front.
