Pair of Spanish Gilt Iron Benches in Muslin
About the Item
This elegant pair of Spanish gilt iron benches was recently handcrafted by expert European artisans using traditional iron-working techniques. The hand forged iron bases have central stretchers and gently curved feet with decorative band details finished in a rich but subtle hand-applied gold patina that compliments the graceful curves. The seats are upholstered in muslin, ready to be upholstered in the fabric of your choice. Measuring 21 inches high, 31 inches wide and 13.5 inches deep, these lovely benches are suited to a variety of settings and interiors and the timeless quality of these versatile benches ensures that they will enhance any space for many years to come.
These beautiful benches are part of our vintage-inspired collection of recently made items. We have commissioned expert craftsmen to fabricate them using traditional methods and materials based on some of our favorite designs, with specific instructions to recreate the patinas and imperfections that you would find in vintage pieces.
