About the Item

Gorgeous postmodern benches reminiscent of The Memphis Group. Comprised of purple vinyl upholstered foam cushions with turquoise and blue center stripe and extruded brushed aluminum base. There are a couple of small holes on two of the benches that can been seen on close examination, two dust covers have been replaced, and any leg assembly’s that were loose have been reinforced by our experienced staff. Please see photos, circa late 20th century. Note: These are priced per bench and there are currently 4 available. There is a photo in the listing with the four benches numbered. They are comprised of a comfortable foam cushion upholstered in a vivid purple vinyl with contrasting double stripes of turquoise and a blue center stripe. Their flashy colors and unconventional shapes model the style of The Memphis Group and demand attention. The seat is held by two extruded brushed aluminum slab shaped tube legs. Their interesting design is backless but with arms! So, you could use them against a wall or float them in a sitting area or game room. All four of them have minor flaws; therefore, please take a close look at all the photos before you make your selection as photos are considered part of the condition report.
