From our Hand-Painted Furniture Collection, we are pleased to introduce you to our Faenza Armchair with upholstered seat.
This flawless armchair perfectly blends aesthetic and expert craftsmanship. It features a rectangular, open backrest accented with an exquisite geometric design that recalls the Chinoiserie accents. Whether around a dining table or as the perfect accent desk chair, this unique armchair will add visual interest in any interiors. Be informed that it is also available in its chair and cane seat versions as well. Colors and decors can be customised according to your needs.
Each piece from our Collections is entirely hand-painted on every side of the Furniture by using the very best 18th Century Craftsmanship Venetian Techniques, passed down through the generations of artists from our land.

You see, every region of Italy has its own traditional cottage industry. And for over 400 years, ours has been painting and decoration for the finest homes, villas and palaces in the world. All by hand. At Porte Italia, there is no factory. And no two pieces are exactly alike. Because every piece is still built, painted and gracefully aged to look as if it was born in 18th Century Venice.
Each Porte Italia creation is a bespoke masterpiece made to the exact custom specifications of designers from London, Paris, Milan, the US, the Middle East & India. And often in concert with other Venetian families whose companies have been in business since Marco Polo was a boy. We aim to re-discover the beauty of Venetian Craftsmanship and the flavour of long past traditions, making them available today for our daily use. Our missions is simply to make Art in the form of Furniture.
