Auf Wunsch von Thonet-Mundus wurde Adolf Gustav Schneck um 1928 beauftragt, zwei Sitzmöbel zu entwerfen, die Josef Franks Modelle A 402 & A 403/F zum Vorbild nahmen. Schneck bildete jedoch Franks Modelle in seinem Buch „Der Stuhl” aus dem Jahre 1928 ohne Namensangabe ab.
