Hello, This fine Biedermeier side chair was made in Vienna circa 1825. Viennese Biedermeier pieces are distinguished by their sophisticated proportions, rare and refined design, excellent craftsmanship and continue to have a great influence on modern design. Shape of the chair lovely emphasizes the warm amber shade of the walnut wood/veneer and 200 years old patina. This elegant chair is highlighted by fine details. The chair sit well and is comfortable. The seat and fine upholstery fabric is in very good condition. These high quality Viennese Biedermeier chair is very rare and difficult to find. This lovely piece will be a great complement to any elegant interior. It does not matter whether it is a classic or modern interior because Biedermeier is simply timeless.
