    Rare lounge chair in black leather and black lacquered metal, with tilt adjustment system using a locking screw. This lounge chair designed by Samuel Coriat began in 1986 and benefits from exceptional comfort and design. Artelano : Founded by Samuel Coriat. Thirty-three years ago, he left Havas to found his own brand and design his first furniture. If he's just starting out, his style is already firmly defined: basic shapes and pure lines served by materials like glass, metal and lacquered wood. This taste for simplicity will subsequently guide his choices. His business is doing well but Samuel Coriat wants to take a step forward: he wants to become a publisher, that is to say, collaborate with designers on projects, from design to sale, including manufacturing. He contacts creators whose work, he thinks, matches what he likes. The first to be called, in 1987, was Pascal Mourgue. He then signed his first collection, “Atlantique”, for Artelano. The collaboration between the two men will continue and give birth to other creations. After the Italians Paolo Deganello, in 1992, and Carlo Bartoli, in 1993, Samuel Coriat worked in 1994 with the Frenchman Olivier Gagnère, for whom he produced the chairs and armchairs which today furnish the Café Marly...
