Antique Victorian Heywood Wakefield (attr) Ball & Stick Wicker Chair, Circa 1890

About the Item

A truly wonderfully preserved example of Victorian stick and ball fiddlehead style. Great Patina. This fanciful hand made chair features ball and stick designs, skilled scrollwork, splayed capped feet. Wicker chair circa late 1800's. Attributed to Heywood Brothers and Wakefield Company. Condition is very good with minor wear. Some slight unraveling on one leg. The chair is solid and stable and ready for use.
