This classic easy chair was designed in the 1950s, during the most active period of what we know today as mid-century Swedish furniture design. This chair is designed in the typical Scandinavian modern style with a clean and functional look complemented by stylish elements. The chair’s simple and functional design, starting from the wooden frame’s symmetric lines to the visible joints and screws, is highly representative of the principles of Scandinavian mid-century design. The gently spread out legs are connected by stretchers to assure stability and comfort.
