Italian Neoclassical Lyre Back Chairs, Circa 1800
About the Item
Pair of antique Italian Neoclassical hand carved lyre back side chairs with rosette carving at center of curved top back rails. Both chairs with early period construction and nicely aged rich color to wood. Date from the late 18th century - early 19th century. Look at all pictures and read condition report in comment section. Parcel ground shipping is available in US Lower 48. Cost will vary depending on zip code.

- Condition:Repaired: inside corners of seat rails re-blocked many years ago ( pictures 11,12 ) structurally solid. Wear consistent with age and use. antique condition. structurally solid. nicely aged rich color patina to wood w/ areas of some light worming. drop in seats w/ wear / some staining to old upholstery fabric ( pictures 9,10 ).
