Part of a limited-edition series of only eight pieces by designer-artist Marcantonio, this wooden chair stands between art and design, present and future: inspired by traditional shapes and realized with traditional methods yet utterly innovative, unique, and eccentric. Finished in a dramatic black lacquer, the chair features a single armrest and is enriched with elaborate inlays depicting a skeleton entangled in gorgeous, colorful flowers to symbolize life after death, rebirth, and the fleeting essence of human life.
