About the Item
Pair of portable folding chairs designed in 1982 by Torstein Nilsen initially for Kalvatn Møbelindustri and produced in 1984 by Møremøbler AS, made of black lacquered beech, with support elements in red lacquered iron. Additionally, this design took center stage in the exhibition Ekstrem Ekstrøm, 2016 at the National Museum of Art, Architecture and Design in Oslo, Norway. The fantastic seat sliding system allows this designer chair to be used as a chair or stool, a true jewel of Norwegian design.
