Sculptural Set of Six Italian Dining Chairs

Set of six dining chairs, Italian walnut and cognac leather, Italy, 1970s.
Set of sculptural chairs that feature wonderful backrests, consisting of four legs that form out to the side, which creates a sculptural appearance. The front legs are straight and made out of two pieces. The color of the Italian walnut frame is deep and warm which accompanies the leather seating very well. This design reminds of the Sapporo chairs and the designs of Pierre Cardin.
