Set of Two '2' Minimalist Thonet Floating Walnut Armless Chairs, c. 1960s
About the Item
A limited production by Thonet from the early 1960s. This minimal set draws influences from period designs by the likes of American Designers like Jens Risom and also from Danish Modernists of the same era. Constructed from walnut with attractive contrast color dowel detailing. This chair is upholstered in original yellow vinyl and is locked into place on the walnut frame with patinaed brass clips.

- Condition:Wear consistent with age and use. This playful set of chairs is in 100% original, vintage condition and they have aged very well. The canary yellow vinyl has only a few spots of discoloration with no major tears, stains or odors. The walnut still retains it original finish and save.
