Graceful Neoclassical Baltic Empire bergere (probably Swedish) in mahogany. The chair’s scroll arms are a stunning feature and are accented with brass nail heads. Newly restored, French polished finish and newly upholstered. A great circa 1820 design that anticipates the advent of French Art Deco a century later. Overall Height: 32”. Seat Height: 17 ½”, Width: 26”, Depth: 30”.
