Upholstered Lion's Head Armchair

About the Item

An unusual mid 19th century stylish upholstered armchair with oak framed carved with lion's heads at the top of each arm. The swept back legs continuing upwards to form the sides of the backrest, and turned front legs of inverted vase form and fitted with the original brass cups and castors, Newly upholstered in a striking modern leaf-print cotton fabric. Seat height 40cms.
